Delivery
All orders placed via prepaid mode (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) shall be serviced to customers on the registered shipping address. All orders are eligible for free shipping.
International Orders
For international orders additional taxes and duties may be applicable. The taxes and duties are collected by respective country’s relevant government department and as per import & customs policy at the time of delivery which shall be borne by the customer.
Order Processing Time
Customer orders will be shipped within 12 working days from date of successful order placement to the registered shipping address. The delivery timeline of the order is subject to location and delivery partner network. We make every effort to process the orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Process
Delivery to the delivery address shall be carried out between Monday to Saturday; 9 AM to 7 PM excluding all government notified holidays or extra-ordinary scenarios such as war, flood, earthquake, any other calamity etc.
Goods will be delivered after sign of the recipient or OTP verification at the time of delivery. If the customer is unavailable to sign for delivery they may suggest an alternative time or authorise somebody to receive the goods on their behalf. However, TZÁR will take no responsibility for goods signed/received by an alternative person in case of package or product hampering. It is also strongly recommended to not accept any order with visible tampering or damaged packaging during delivery.
Any complaint with regards to manufacturing defect shall be communicated to customer care within 3 business days of your order delivery/receipt. Preferred mode of communication for such scenario is through email – support@tzar.co.in or call on our helpline number - +91-9201834847 (Call timings are 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on all working business days). TZÁR will not be responsible for any damage during usage of product post delivery. We may provide support in repair or maintenance of goods as per applicability and on chargeable basis.
Non-Delivery of Package
Incorrect address - We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, we shall consider the order status as closed/inactive after failure of confirmation for re-delivery. Re-delivery of the order will be on chargeable basis as one time free delivery is already offered by TZÁR.
We may also re-validate the order and address through WhatsApp, email or call on communication details provided to us by the customer for seamless delivery process.
Failed delivery attempts - Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver the package and post unsuccessful delivery we will consider the order status as inactive. In case of re-activation and re-delivery an additional charge may be levied.
Refused by Recipient - If the order is refused during delivery for reasons other than damaged package or package tampering, it will be returned and considered as inactive.
If the order is meant to be a gift for someone and they refuse to accept then the package will be returned and it will be considered inactive. Informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package will help us in ensuring that they receive your gift delightfully.
Exchange, Refunds & Cancellation
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tzár operates on a principle of NO REFUND POLICY. We may oblige you with credit points or product replacement in exceptional circumstances.
If a product is opened or damaged during usage it cannot be re-used, we do not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except
in below conditions:-
- Received package of item(s) in a poor, damaged or mutilated condition
- Received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered
- If customer wishes to change the size or prefer other Tzár products
We will provide replacement with no additional cost.
(NOTE: Please provide video/photographic evidence of damaged packaging or item for replacement while registering a complaint with customer service).
Refund is only eligible for cancellation of orders before they are handed over to the delivery partner or within 24 hours, whichever is earlier, no refund will be eligible thereafter only credit points, replacement or exchange options will be available.
In case of refund eligibility, the amount will be processed to the same account/method/medium from which the payment was made. It may take 7 working days for processing the refund.
Returns and Exchange Policy
To get a replacement, exchange or credit points, please return the item(s) to us in their original packaging and in undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within 7 working days from date of receipt of item(s) at your end.
Return orders must be facilitated through our official delivery partners and intimation for the same should be given to the customer support team on email i.e.- support@tzar.co.in. Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by TZÁR team. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, customer support team will contact you for preferred option of resolution.
Gift cards, personalized products, sale/clearance and promotional items are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
